4 Swimsuit Trends with Target

Today we are going to get very real. I’m going to strip down the layers (literally) and talk a little about insecurities that we all have as women, myself included!

No one is free from the self-doubt and insecurities associated with swimsuit season – unless of course you’re Gisele Bunchen and then, well,.. I hate you. But lets be honest, we too often let how we look distract ourselves from enjoying the BEST of what spring and summer has to offer. Can you agree to that?!

Just because I’m a blogger and I love fashion and clothes and I take photos and LOOK like I may have it all going on, I too have my share of insecurities. I mean, trust me — I could have a flatter tummy, tighter abs, perkier behind but HEY — then I wouldn’t be, ME, right?! And I’m human; there probably has been a point in my life where insecurities have lead to missing out on good times with friends and family and well,.. that’s just not allowed anymore.

When Target asked me to take part in their #NOFOMO campaign empowering women to stop worrying and start getting pumped for swimsuit season, I was all on board. I wanted to show you all the range of swimsuit styles they have available for everyone’s unique shape, personal style and summer activities.

Target has all the swimwear trends, styles and accessories to mix, match, personalize and put together virtually any swim look, which I absolutely love. I will say, when looking for the right suit, I have to have a little support up top because well,.. I need it and I was happy to see target had that! Sometimes I feel like I head to stores that only make swimsuits for small-sized girls up top and if you’re like me then you just know why you need a little more support! I also wanted to snag a one-piece since they are really in and very practical if you are doing any activities this summer during which you don’t want to have to worry about adjusting and such. A one-piece is very easy to slip on, and you don’t have to worry about anything slipping out, if you know what I mean.
