Bring on the Holiday Parties

Obviously the best part about the holidays are all of those awesome holiday parties you get to attend, right?! I mean whether it’s an office party, you seem to find yourself a date to one or your friends just decide to go big and throw one, there are never a shortage of parties this time of the year it seems. The challenge always seems to be what to wear however. You want to look smokin’ but still professional and classy, you want to look like you fit in without trying too hard and you want all the girls to be asking you, “OMG where did you get your outfit?” Am I right, or am I right?!

One of my absolute favorite places to shop during the holiday season is Lulus. They have the absolute most amazing selection of holiday dresses (my fav) and if you aren’t much of a dress gal then they have so many other festive options that fit the bill. My favorite thing is they have a super convenient Holiday Shop where they round up their top picks for this time of year and even break them down by Cocktail Party, NYE, Sequins, etc.. I mean how insanely convenient is that?! Trust me, I’m a girl of little time and patience so I need all the help I can get — EVEN when it comes to my favorite thing which is fashion.

Speaking of which, their holiday shop is exactly how I picked out the outfit above which I’ll be wearing to my holiday parties! For me, a go-to when it comes to any kind of holiday party is always all black. It’s elegant, sleek and you can find a piece that is a more edgy like this deep V-neckline so while the whole outfit itself is very classy with its length and color you still have a little wow factor with that neckline.
