An elegant ensemble is what I live for, lets be honest. I love when an outfit can have the words “mini” and “elegant” somehow mixed together, don’t you? Now let’s get to it. My thoughts on how to pair together the perfect sexy Spring yet elegant ensemble?! If you are going for a mini skirt, try to keep the top a bit more on the modest side. If you want to show a bit more skin, something like the top I’m wearing above with lace cutouts is a perfect option since it is a high covered in the chest and long sleeved as well. The key to to the perfect elegant ensemble is balance.
Because in the look above I stuck with a similar color palette, I decided for the shoes, it was important to do the same. I recently go these Christian Siriano for Payless lace up pumps and I’ve been obsessed ever since. I’ve literally worn them since I took them out of the box and I can’t even begin to tell you how many compliments from people I’ve gotten from the shoes since I’ve worn them. In fact, multiple people have sent me messages on instagram asking me where these shoes were from before I had mentioned they were actually from Payless! On top of it, I have to admit they are probably one of THE most comfiest pairs of pumps I have in my closet to date and the heel isn’t too high that I can’t walk in all day. It’s literally the perfect all day heel for any occasion.
