Wide Leg Culottes

Today I decided to try to pull of these wide leg culottes — what do you guys think?! I’ve never actually even worn culottes before even though they have kind of been a hot trend for some time now! I always thought since I’m not super tall it might make me look funny but when I saw this super cute style/color from Leith I knew I wanted to at least attempt it!

I immediately fell in love with how it looked. It was a bit different than anything else I have tried and I thought, with the right pairings, this could be a perfect look for fall. Although it hasn’t quite cooled down here in San Diego, I tried to pull this off in a transitional look that worked with my SoCal vibe, if you know what I mean! I know for a fact these are going to be a hot item when it cools down a bit more and we move into that real fall-like weather! I can see myself wearing these to go out at night and dressing them up or down however I choose.

I definitely love these wide leg culottes and I’m glad I gave the trend a try even though I was a bit hesitant at the beginning! Have you guys tried the culotte trend? If so, what do you think about it and have you gotten hooked?! Let me know your thoughts!
