Lulus Style Studio – NYFW

As most of you know from following me on Instagram and Snapchat, I have been attending New York Fashion Week and let me tell you — it has been non stop! I have been having the most amazing time attending the best shows, meeting with old friends and heading the hottest parties of the season!

On Friday night I attended the Lulus Style Studio party which was a total blast! It was filled with tons of gorgeous bloggers/influencers, amazing photo opportunities, drinks and even a small area to shop some fab Lulu’s items!

To attend the event, I obviously wanted to wear a Lulu’s look (of course!) and when I saw this super hot jumpsuit, I thought this would be the perfect outfit for the party! I’ll be honest, usually I’m a bit hesitant to wear jumpsuits. They can be unflattering, ride up (yes, I went there) and just overall make you feel all around uncomfortable.

When I saw this jumpsuit however online I kind of had this weird feeling it would be a perfect fit! Now for the party, I thought it’s elegant, shows a bit of skin without overdoing it and it’s black — I mean can you really ever go wrong with black??

Nope.

It is a stretch knit fabric that shapes a strapless bodice and has a fluttering tier, hiding V-bar and no-slip strips. It’s also high waisted (my fav) and has relaxed wide leg pants which I’m loving this season. I love to pair it with a gorgeous choker and since I wanted to accent a bit of gold I chose a gold one from their selections here.
