Custom Jewelry with Jevelo

Well it’s no surprise we all kind of want to be designers in our own way, right?! We’ve all had those moments where we’ve thought in our own head, “I wish this necklace had this on it..” Well, now with the awesome Jevelo app, we don’t have to think about it, we can actually be the creators of our own jewelry!

With the Jevelo iOS app, you can create unique pendants from your images. If you wish to purchase your design, they will manufacture it and have it delivered to you making your own design one of a kind. You can also put your design on sale by publishing it to other users and it becomes available on www.jevelo.io and within the app. If someone purchases your design, they will manufacture and deliver it to them, and you will get a 10 euro designer fee for each purchase!

So,.. how does it work? Basically, all you have to do is download the iOS app and the rest is so incredibly easy and you’ll become quickly addicted.

As you can see above, I wanted to create a necklace with a saying rather than a photo which is completely do-able. I had this photo on my phone so I uploaded it to the app and made sure I liked how everything was centered, etc.. You can also choose if you want a square, rectangle, circle and more. I decided to go with a square for a uniform look. Then, you click save and thats literally IT. You get a 3D image generated right then and there and get to purchase it from the app and have it delivered if you desire!

Because I’m a dog lover I also wanted one to remind me of my little one at home as well — so I created this one to have close to my heart at all times as well 🙂

Designs start with an image that captures your inspiration. With the image selected, all you have to do is to choose a shape for it from the ones available and edit the design until you feel it is ready. The image itself can be adapted in two different styles: engraving and cut-through. I chose to do engraving for both mine.

In engraving, the image is realized with engraved grooves up to 0.6mm in depth. A cut-through design realizes the image as a silhouette, which is fully cut through the pendant body, automatically dropping off any loose pieces within the silhouette form. And best part is all necklaces come with a free chain!
