Foundation: Laura Mercier Silk Crème Moisturizing Photo Edition Foundation

Finding the perfect foundation can sometimes be a challenge. You want it to cover everything, even out your squinting yet not look cakey and overdone. Such a struggle, right!? Well, today I’ve found the perfect foundation to do all of that and more – I promise! I recently discovered the new Laura Mercier Silk Crème Moisturizing Photo Edition Foundation got color matched and instantly fell in love. Seriously you guys I’m OBSESSED. As I’m writing this post I’m actually in the Dominican Republic and had to bring it along with me (and I’m wearing it as we speak). Last night we went out to a nice dinner and my mom was asking me, “What did you put on your skin, it looks amazing,” and naturally I had to brag all about it and now she wants it herself. It’s THAT good!

I got the Laura Mercier Silk Crème Moisturizing Photo Edition Foundation in Sandy Beige and I apply it with a brush, however you can do it with you fingers as well if you don’t like to use brushes. Using a brush is just a personal preference. A little goes a long way. The amount that I’m using in the 2nd photo is basically all I need for a full face application. I just apply it in circular motions and it glides on like silk – literally. I am totally addicted that I think I’m going to purchase a second foundation just so that I don’t run out any time soon!
