All outerwear, footwear and cold weather accessories: Madden Girl at Kohl’s

Todays post is one that I’m so excited to share with you guys! I recently teamed up with Kohl’s to bring you the new Madden Girl collection available now! This collaboration was SO fun to shoot and I had a blast working on it. The new Madden Girl collection at Kohl’s has basically features fashion, cold weather boots, accessories and outerwear and is available at Kohl’s stores and online at Kohls.com.

I decided that it would be fun to style three very different looks for you all to see how fashionable and versatile the line is. The line’s boots include duck, puffer, combat and my personal favorite – the fringed wedge (as you can see from one of the above looks). They also have a bunch of stylish cold weather accessories including knit scarves, floppy hats and earmuffs for those extra cold days. Outerwear ranges from parkas, military, fleece jackets, puffers and faux-fur vests to match every occasion and style personality.

As you can see from look one – I went with the plaid theme which is a HOT trend this fall. I’ve been seeing plaid everywhere so I definitely wanted to incorporate this into one look and show how even cold weather outerwear can fit the trends. I had to add in the earmuffs because well,… they were so darn cute, but I also thought a cream beanie would have been adorable with the look as well. Look two is a bit of a lighter look with a simple cape/shawl cardigan type look and a floppy hat (which I’m a total sucker for). Of course, I had to add in those fringe wedged boots that I was in love with. Side note – they are SO comfortable, I’m in love – already thinking I may need the brown pair as well. Look three might be one of my personal favorites! The utility jacket look is totally in and this olive color is yet another trend I’ve been seeing popping up everywhere this fall so I definitely wanted to incorporate it as well. I added the fringed scarf for an extra something and went with the brown boot slippers for comfort (and style, of course!).

Honestly I probably could have continued making looks as I was obsessed with virtually everything but stopped myself at 3.
