Sometimes all you need is a day dedicated to treating yourself and just a few days ago on Instagram I talked about it since it was #TreatYoSelf day – a day where everyone is encouraged to indulge in a little fun.

But lets be honest, do we really need a specific day to pamper ourselves a little?

My motto is take every opportunity you can to do little things for yourself no matter what that might be. If you enjoy watching tv for a few hours uninterrupted, getting your nails done, having a lazy pj day (my fav) or even an at home spa day — then by all means just do it!

How did I celebrate? Kind of a mixture of all the above. Stayed home, spent time with the pup, left work alone and had a little “me” time. Whenever I stay home I usually do some kind of skin treatment — it’s essential for me since I’ve grown up always taking good care of my skin. What I am super excited to tell you all about is the new Neutrogena Light Therapy Acne Mask that I had the opportunity to try out and let me tell you — the Esthetician in me was obsessed!
