Whether it be for a night out, a brunch date, or a casual summer day, I’m always hunting for the most comfortable on-trend cotton pieces. Being a SoCal girl, my style is usually laidback and simple, but, most importantly, comfort is KEY! I literally cannot walk out the door in something I don’t feel 100% confident in and if I make that mistake, I immediately regret it because I’m so damn uncomfortable throughout the day.
Most of my favorite items are those on-trend cotton pieces, like the ones I’m wearing above that are all cotton-rich. To me, reading the label is so key to purchasing clothing and I recommend all of you do the same! Honestly, when something is your favorite, it’s about more than just how it looks. It needs to have that “extra” something—easy to wear, easy care, durability and breathability. First of all, cotton is extremely breathable, so for a San Diego girl like myself, used to extremely warm summer days, cotton is definitely the best option. I also love the quality and durability of cotton pieces. And, last but not least, how can I forget COMFORT?!
Fashion that functions is always in style. That’s why so many things in your closet are made of cotton. It’s breathable, durable, comfortable, and washable. It’s high end and low maintenance. So check your labels for cotton, and feel as good as your look. Learn more: www.TheFabricOfOurLives.com.
