Self-care is so important in our day to day lives and guess what, it doesn’t have to cost a thing. Here are 15 ways to boost your mood when you are having a bad day.
1 – Take a bubble bath.
2 – Do a face mask – one of my favorite ways to unwind!
3 – Light a scented candle.
4 – Sleep in and make your favorite breakfast.
5 – Go for a run/walk or do yoga!
6 – Meditate – I haven’t yet mastered this, but those who do so say it makes a huge difference.
7 – Take time to write down all the things you are grateful for.
8 – Unplug! Turn off your computer and phone for a few hours.
9 – Take a shower then get cozy under a blanket.
10 – Take a nap – always makes me feel better!
11 – Give yourself an at-home spa day/night.
12 – Read a book.
13 – Give yourself a mani/pedi.
14 – Lay out! Sometimes getting a little sun makes all the difference (just remember to wear SPF)
15 – Take the day off if you need.
