Flawless in Five with Beauty Counter

Today I not only wanted to a super simple flawless in five minutes makeup routine using only 6 products but also introduce to you guys a brand I’m obsessed with right now – Beautycounter. If you aren’t familiar with Beautycounter they are so much more that “just another beauty brand” and here’s why I’m loving them right now.

Did you know that most ingredients in personal care products have actually NEVER been tested for safety? I know, scary right?! Our skin is our largest organ and you would think we’d be a little more careful what we put on it, am I right?!

With that being said, I wanted to create a quick flawless in five minute, 6 step makeup tutorial using ALL Beautycounter products. Hope you guys enjoy!

STEP 1:

Apply the Tint Skin Hydrating Foundation (I am using the shade Sand). This is a lightweight, creamy foundation that actually cares for your skin, this formula goes on seamlessly and blends effortlessly to cover imperfections and visually even out skin tone. I like to apply this with my fingertips and then use a beauty blender to blend it all in evenly.

STEP 2:

Apply Touchup Skin Concealer Pen to under eye area in a triangle shape (using shade Light). This concealer is great for dark circles, redness, and other imperfections. I like to use a beauty blender to blend it in as well.

STEP 3:

Blush has always been my absolute favorite and I LOVE Beautycounter’s Satin Powder Blush in Melon! This blush is specially designed to deliver buildable color without questionable ingredients. It is triple-milled to a precise, silky-smooth consistency and formulated with Butterpowder—an ingredient that boosts pigment and wear—so it lays down evenly and blends seamlessly. For this easy makeup look, I’m applying a bit to the apples of my cheeks and then blending it into my eyelid crease for an easy completed eye look.

STEP 4:

I chose to go with the volumizing mascara for my lashes and I love the consistency of it. It is made with natural fibers, and I can tell it really did help create fuller more dramatic looking lashes for me. 

STEP 5:

I have pretty full brows myself and rarely ever fill them in, however I LOVE using a brow gel and this Brilliant Brow Gel may be one of my favorites. I use the shade dark since my brows are almost black and the color matches perfectly. I lightly brush my brows with it and it helps groom them and get a natural tint on any sparse areas I may have. Kills two birds with one stone!

STEP 6:

Last but not least, lip color of course!! I am all about using a lip gloss and I love that Beautycounter’s lip gloss has a slight tint to it. The color I chose was Peony and it is literally my perfect everyday color! I also love that I can also layer it over a lipstick for an extra glossy look!
