Working out has become one of my absolute favorite things to do. It really is true what people say about it becoming a lifestyle once you are committed. I’m currently in the process of getting even more strict with my workout regime because I have a big swimwear shoot and I’m slightly nervous about it!
When I workout, I typically like to wear a pair of leggings and a good sports bra that holds the girls in, if you know what I mean. I recently discovered Maidenform Sport and totally fell in love. It has a secure zip closure, fully adjustable straps and double lined wings which makes it versatile for different activity levels. Plus, it’s SO cute. Their bras have a performance feature which includes moisture wicking technology and motion control to minimize the bounce — anyone with a fuller chest can totally relate to this issue!
