Affirmations are positive reminders or statements that can be used to encourage and motivate yourself or others. Often it’s a lot easier to affirm others than it is ourselves, but we need to remember to encourage ourselves as well. Affirmations help to strengthen the connection between your unconscious mind and your conscious mind.
As it turns outs, there’s a lot of science to back up exactly how a simple set of positive words can dramatically improve your mind and body. Here are some of my favorite affirmations:
I am grateful for the good things in my life.
The more I focus my mind on the good, the more good comes into my life.

I can accomplish anything I set my mind to.
