Here’s how a typical morning starts out in my life:

8am: Wake up, make my bed and all that good stuff.

8:10am: Wash my face using the Vichy Purete Thermale 3-in-1 One Step Cleanser. I’ll usually use this cleanser in the morning because it’s extremely gentle and my face is relatively clean from the night before.

8:15am: Next., I put 4 to 5 drops of the Vichy LiftActiv Vitamin C Serum in the palm of my hand then use my fingertips to apply it to my skin (avoiding the eye area). Remember: this is a serum so it goes after cleansing but before any moisturizer. I always let it sit for a few seconds to absorb before applying my moisturizer. 8:20am: I usually get changed into my gym clothes then head downstairs, make my coffee and a healthy breakfast to start my day.
